Top notch service from Sam and his team. I have recently used Simply Lettings to let out my flat. Sam, Pedro and Robbie have managed to market my property, find me great tenants and complete all referencing checks in just over a week!

I have used SL as a tenant and they have been great. Not something I thought I'd ever be writing about a letting agency! I've mostly dealt with Pedro and Robbie and they've both been professional, kind and efficient. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to rent.

Just started my tenancy through Simply Lettings and the process has been really great. The referencing processes was very well handled and extremely smooth and I had a few things I needed maintenance help with, Robbie and the team were amazing! Everything sorted within a day, felt very informed and supported. Thank you Robbie and the team!

Simply Lettings have been managing my rental property for the last 3 years. Sam and his team are friendly and professional and provide a really excellent and efficient service. Sam has matched our property with the right tenants each time and supported on getting gas certs completed, inventories check in and check out. They really do provide a 5* service.

The Simply Lettings team are simply the best rental company I've ever used. I found a beautiful flat through them and they were prompt in their responses to any queries I had. I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them again.

As a novice landlady, Sam, Karen, Carly, Pedro and the whole team at Simply Lettings were amazing! They guided me through every step of the process and nothing was too much trouble for them, while my property was tenanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer focused letting agent to care for your home & tenants. Huge thanks again team!
